Task 6.7: Intellectual property, knowledge management & results exploitation plan
During this task, all the knowledge generated by the consortium will be continuously tracked and qualified, by managing:- Confidentiality issues: The management of confidentiality issues will be defined in the Consortium Agreement. The consortium may decide that information should be kept confidential within the partnership, whenever their interests should be preserved. In particular, scientific publications for journals and conferences will have to be approved by the Consortium, to ensure that confidentiality has been respected.
- Intellectual Property issues: Every time an issue related to results protection occurs, appropriate legal protection means will be investigated, as an application of the Consortium Agreement.
- Results exploitation: A preliminary list of potential applications of the results of the project is described in this proposal. In the middle and at the end of the project, results of the project will be assessed in order to decide how they can be used later on. Some may be used for further research developments, and others may be exploited through other means (licensing, etc.).
