Task 6.5: Implementation of communication tools and activities

This task deals with the communication strategy and its execution during the project. The main deliverable will be the project public website, which should appear as the main tool for communication and dissemination of the project results, and for creating public awareness of the project impact. After identification of the targeted audience and decision on which level of information will be delivered to them during the project, a website will be created 3 months after the beginning of the project and will be updated regularly for the duration of the project (at least every six months). The contents of the website will be divided into two types of access: one open with general and public information about the project and another one internal to the project with all relevant information for partners only. The part open to the general public will include a presentation of the project, its objectives, its scientific and technological innovation aspects, its activities, the main progress attained during the project. During the project lifetime, public deliverables such as dissemination, press articles; and any other HOMEMADE- related public communications will be posted on the website. Also, photos and videos of events organised within the project, public workshops announcements, and relevant conference calls will be added, as well links to relevant websites (partners, EC, scientific publications). The communication through the open website is targeted at the public. The internal part of the website will be protected from external access and will contain all documents to be shared with project partners such as meeting minutes, special documents to be shared, scientific publications resulting from the project. All partners will need to contribute to make this restricted area website useful. The group targeted for this part of the website is formed by the project partners. In addition, three additional communication actions will be undertaken: 1. A project flyer will be made and widely disseminated to the partners’ contacts databases and at conferences and meetings attended by the project partners.
2. A dedicated workshop will be organised in the last year of the project. The audience will be general public and the workshop will be coupled to an already existing event
3. A dedicated Public summary of the project results will be delivered at M34 of the project, in order to openly disseminate project results as possible
