Task 6.2: Administrative, financial, and contractual follow-up management

This task encompasses all legal, financial, and administrative activities within the project, both among the partners and with respect to the consortium relationship with the European Commission. SOI will rely on its dedicated ressources specialised in project management as well as on TAS, who will act as facilitator for SOI, supporting them with their huge experience in EU projects for all administrativ matters. Contractual and administrative management
1. Grant Agreement management, including requests of amendment.
2. Updates of the Consortium Agreement (if needed).
3. Handling of partners’ accession and withdrawal, in collaboration with the Governing Bodies.
Financial management 4. Administration of the EU financial contribution regarding its allocation between partners and activities, in accordance with the grant agreement and the decisions taken by the consortium.
5. Day-to-day relationship with the whole consortium to answer queries regarding costs eligibility, financial reporting, official process for fund transfer etc.
6. Payments to the partners without unjustified delay.
In this task with support of the consortium will prepare the reporting (both technical and administrative) at the end of the two reporting periods at M15 and M36.
