T1.2: Consolidation of L/S band POI based SAW filter, S band LNA module specifications[M2-M4]
The objective of this task is to consolidate the specifications of L/S band POI based SAW filter and LNA module thanks to the trade-offs conducted into T1.1. More precisely the consolidation of the specification is described below:- S band LNA module: ultra-low cost, high integration LNA module will be specified to fit with 5G direct connectivity Satellite payload requirements
- S band filter: coming from 5G direct connectivity satellite LNA module specification, TAS can specify accordingly overall requirement from electrical performance to environmental requirement, reliability, relevant quality standard applicable to new space and associated packaging. It also includes size and cost requirement in line with production scale.
- GPS filter: based on generic specification that will enable a use on many applications, including navigation application, TAS will specify this filter keeping in mind that this filter shall be available for European Space industry For each filter, transfer function based on equivalent circuit based on validated POI substrate will be established by SOI for specification mitigation. In addition, ALT will bring-in its expertise into RF Passive qualification techniques to consolidate environmental specification to be applied to both S band and GPS filters.
