Task 6.1: Strategic and technical management and coordination

This task covers the strategic management of the project, including the coordination of partners and work packages, progress monitoring (with respect to cost and time), assessment of the quality of the results, and, if necessary, corrective actions. It also covers relationships with relevant stakeholders beyond participant organizations (EC, partners of other projects, advisory board, etc.), as needed by the project. On the scientific aspects, a scientific director will be appointed (Thierry Laroche, R&D Manager at SOI) to oversee the technical work and ensure the smooth implementation of the technical tasks. This task will take a special attention to the relationship between our Industrial Advisory Board and the project, to ensure a smooth implementation.
