Task 6.4: Quality and risk control management

The coordinator with the support of Executive Board will set up a quality policy covering all aspects related to quality assurance and practical management of the project. The main issues addressed will include management, communication, and quality control activities. Within this task will also be defined internal processes related to standards of documents, proof-reading, validation workflow for the approval of deliverables and dissemination, project charter, reporting planning, etc.
