Task 6.6. Dissemination plan
This task concerns the dissemination strategy. The consortium will define a dissemination plan in month 4 of the project, which will list the actions that have to be undertaken by the consortium to create and ensure awareness of the HOMEMADE project results in the public and scientific communities during and after the project. It will clearly identify the groups targeted for each action. It will be updated at the end of the project with a report provided at M34 that will summarize all actions carried out during the project. In addition to the website (set up in task 6.5), which will be a useful tool for dissemination, other dissemination tools and actions will be defined in the plan and set up during the project. These include:- Conferences and publications. Target group: scientific community. Consortium partners will present project results at international conferences, workshops, exhibitions and fairs. The consortium will have listed the targeted conferences and publications. They will also publish them in scientific indexed journals within the confidentiality rules set up in the Grant Agreement.
- informative articles and participation in public events. Target groups: general public and young people in search of first employment. Public participation and awareness will be reached using newspaper, local media information network, and public events and exhibitions. Depending on the theme of the event, presentations by a nominated project member will be made to selected audiences.
